Fly.Simvol a 10 ans ! - Fly.Simvol is 10 years old !

BON ANNIVERSAIRE !!
1er mars 2000 - 1er mars 2010 : Fly.Simvol a 10 ans aujourd'hui, et oui, le temps passe vite. Pour cet événement, un sujet a été spécialement posté sur le forum http://forum.simvol.org/viewtopic.php?f=10&t=9765, n'hésitez pas à poster vos commentaires. Par ailleurs, il y a quelques jours, le compte-rendu du congrès 2009, ainsi que la photo officielle du groupe, ont été publiés sur le forum http://forum.simvol.org/viewtopic.php?f=10&t=9763. Ce compte-rendu est important car il permet de tout savoir sur l'état de Fly Legacy et les décisions prises par le club Fly.Simvol concernant son avenir. Dans ce cas-là également, je vous encourage à poster vos commentaires, vos suggestions ou vos critiques dans le poste dédié. Pour terminer, deux points importants à signaler: pour fêter cet anniversaire, les News ont été entièrement refaites et mises à jour en Dotclear v2 (en lieu et place de la v1), j'espère que vous aimerez cette nouvelle version. Et puis, finalement, vous aurez peut-être remarqué qu'il s'agit de la 1ère News depuis de nombreux mois (mai 2008 en fait). Dans un avenir proche, les nouvelles seront encore espacées de quelques semaines mais je souhaite sincèrement, qu'à la sortie de la 1ère version de Fly Legacy, les nouvelles seront de moins en mois espacées et deviendront peut-être quotidiennes comme au temps de gloire de Fly!.

March 1st, 2000 - March 1st, 2010 : Fly.Simvol is 10 years old today, and yes, the time passes very fast. For this event, a topic has been posted on the forum http://forum.simvol.org/viewtopic.php?f=10&t=9765, don't hesitate to post your comment. Besides, several days ago, the report of the congres 2009, as well as the official picture of the group, have been published on the forum  http://forum.simvol.org/viewtopic.php?f=10&t=9763. This report is important because it allow to know more about the state of Fly Legacy and the decisions taken by the Fly.Simvol club about its future. In this case also, I encourage you to post your comments, your suggestions or your critics in the dedicated post. In conclusion, two important points to note: to celebrate this anniversary, the News underwent an important makeover and have been updated in Dotclear v2 (instead of the v1 previously), I hope that you will love these changes. And then, finally, you will maybe remarked that it is the 1st News for a long time (May 2008 actually). In a near future, the News will be still spaced out of several weeks but I sincerely hope that, when the 1st version of Fly Legacy is released, the News will be posted more often and maybe will be published every day like during the glory time of Fly!.

Après de long mois de travail, le DVD ROTW n°2 est enfin disponible. Par rapport au DVD n°1, il contient toutes les nouveautés sorties entre janvier 2005 et aujourd'hui, et bien sûr corrige les bugs signalés.

After several months of hard work, the ROTW DVD #2 is finally out ! In comparison with the DVD #1, it contains all the new files released between January 2005 and today, and of course fixes all reported bugs.

Nouveau forum - New forum

Depuis samedi, comme vous avez pu le voir (ou le verrez) une nouvelle version du forum (basée sur PHPBB3) plus moderne, plus sécurisée et avec un nouveau design est disponible.
Vous pouvez poster vos commentaires sur cette nouvelle version à cette adresse.
Autre événement à signaler, c'est l'anniversaire de Fly.Simvol (1er mars), qui a depuis ce samedi 8 ans !
Sur Avsim, deux nouveaux fichiers, sortis il y a déjà quelques semaines.
Premier fichier, l'aéroport de Girona-Costa Brava (Italie) - tmege_232582.zip, 1492 Ko.
Et le deuxième fichier est également un aéroport, La Seu d'Urgell (Espagne) - tmesu.zip, 195 Ko.



Since Saturday, as you can see (or will see) a new version of the forum (based on PHPBB3) more modern, more secure and with a new design is available.
You can post your comments about this new version at this address.
Other event to report, it's the anniversary of Fly.Simvol (March 1st), which is 8 years old since this Saturday !
On Avsim, two new files, released a few weeks ago.
First file, the Girona-Costa Brava (Italy) airport - tmege_232582.zip, 1492 Kb.
And the second one is also an airport, La Seu d'Urgell (Spain) - tmesu.zip, 195 Kb.

Avignon 2D & Alès 2D

Deux nouvelles scènes beta, réalisées par TJ et Béralex, sont disponibles sur Fly.Simvol, il s'agit de la scène d'Avignon et de la scène d'Alès.
De plus, pour la région d'Alès, vous pourrez télécharger le modèle 3D du viaduc de Millau.



Two new sceneries, created by TJ and Beralex, are available on Fly.Simvol, it is the Avignon scenery and the Alès scenery.
Moreover, for the Alès region, you will be able to download the 3D model of the viaduct of Millau.

Sketchup

Un nouveau fichier est disponible sur Fly.Simvol, il s'agit de deux plugins de Didier Rigault permettant d'importer/exporter des fichiers SMF dans Google Sketchup, le logiciel de création d'objets 3D pour Google Earth.
Ces deux plugins sont téléchargeables sur cette page.



A new file is available on Fly.Simvol, it contains two Didier Rigault's plugins allowing to import/export SMF files in Google Sketchup, the 3D objects creation software for Google Earth.

Mont Blanc

Aujourd'hui, une nouvelle scène 2D est disponible sur Fly.Simvol, il s'agit de la scène du Mont Blanc et elle a été réalisée par Béralex, qui a fait un excellent travail.
Comme vous pourrez le voir, cette scène est magnifique et peut être téléchargée à cette adresse.

InfoMETAR 1.02

Après une longue période de calme, voici enfin un nouveau fichier disponible sur Avsim.
La nouveauté est importante car il s'agit d'une nouvelle version d'InfoMETAR (infom102.zip, 4743 Ko), le logiciel de David Sandberg qui permet de télécharger et de visualiser les fichiers METAR du monde entier.
Cette version 1.02 introduit un certain nombre de changements par rapport à la version 1.01:
_ mise à jour du téléchargement des METAR avec la nouvelle adresse FTP (récemment modifiée par la NOAA)
_ ajout d'une option pour changer l'adresse FTP des METAR (en cas d'un autre changement par la NOAA)
_ transcription d'éléments nouveaux des METAR
_ transcription de nouveaux éléments de visibilité pour les METAR internationaux
_ changement des boîtes de dialogue "Trouver un code OACI" et "Trouver stations"
_ authentification automatique de l'emplacement de Fly! II
_ base de donnée recompilée avec les emplacements corrects de KNKX et PGUM
_ optimisation pour les nouveaux processeurs
_ ajout d'un lien dans le menu vers le site web développeur
_ correction mineure de l'aide



After a long period of calm, here is finally a new file available on Avsim.
The novelty is important, it's a new version of InfoMETAR (infom102.zip, 4743 Kb), the David Sandberg's software, which allows to download and to visualize the METAR files of the entire world.
This version 1.02 introduces a certain number of changes in comparison with the version 1.01:
_ updated METAR download to use new FTP location (recently changed by NOAA)
_ added option for user to set a different FTP URL (in case NOAA moves it again in the future)
_ added parsing of additional METAR elements
_ added parsing of multiple directional visibility elements for international METARs
_ changed "Find ICAO Code" dialog and menu item to "Find Stations". In that dialog, added filtering of station list by components of each ICAO code or descriptive name
_ added automatic identification of Fly II installed location (for determination of default save folder)
_ recompiled ICAO station database with corrected location data for KNKX and PGUM
_ compiler optimizations enabled for newer processors
_ added help menu item to launch developer website
_ minor help file updates

Deux nouveautés sont disponibles aujourd'hui sur Fly.Simvol.
Première nouveauté, un logiciel oublié, Fly! Graphics, qui est le convertisseur de formats d'images pour Fly!. Le téléchargement se passe ici.
Et deuxième nouveauté, une mise à jour partielle des DAFIF d'août 2007, c'est par là.

Sur Fly.Simvol, une mise à jour de l'aéroport de Roissy Charles de Gaulle est disponible, il s'agit de la version 1.01 qui enlève un objet placé à tord sur une piste. Pour la télécharger, c'est par ici.

Chambéry, Squawkbox

Aujourd'hui, deux nouveaux fichiers sont disponibles en téléchargement sur le site de Fly.Simvol.
Le premier fichier est une nouvelle version de l'aéroport de Chambéry, qui passe en version 2, et qui corrige entre autres les problèmes de décalage évoqués il y a quelques temps sur le forum. Pour le télécharger, c'est ici.
Le deuxième fichier est une mise à jour de Squawkbox, elle était disponible sur Avsim depuis un petit moment, c'est maintenant chose faite sur Fly.Simvol. Tout se passe à cette adresse.

The first file is a new version of the Chambéry airport, which passes in version 2, and which fixes among other things the problems of shift refered a little time ago on the forum. To download it, it's here.

Site anglais, vol réseau - English site, network flight

Aujourd'hui pas de nouveaux fichiers mais quelques petites nouveautés.
Premièrement, concernant la version anglaise de Fly.Simvol. Son contenu est maintenant exactement le même que la version française, ce qui représente environ 12 nouvelles pages mises en ligne.
Pour nos amis anglo-saxons, cela se passe ici.
Deuxièmement, concernant la soirée Vol Réseau. Dorénavant, elle se déroulera le lundi soir de 20 H 45 à 22 H 30 et plus le jeudi soir; vous pouvez lire le post de Gilles Guesnel à cette adresse.



Today no new files but several little changes.
First, about the English version of Fly.Simvol. Its content is now exactly the same than the French version, that represents about 12 new pages put online.
For our Anglo-Saxon friends, that happens here.
Secondly, concerning the Network Flight Day. From now on, it will take place on monday evening from 7.45 PM to 9.30 PM GMT (from 2.45 PM to 4.30 PM EST) and no more on thrusday evening; you can read the Gilles Guesnel's post at this address.

Deux nouveautés à signaler aujourd'hui sur Fly.Simvol.
Première nouveauté, un calendrier des projets qui vous permet de voir tous les projets en cours du ROTW, à découvrir ici.
Et puis la deuxième nouveauté, une scène 2D pour l'Auvergne en version 2, qui remplace celle réalisée il y a quelques temps par Roland; pour le téléchargement, ça se déroule là.

1er mars 2000 - 3 mars 2007: Fly.Simvol a 7 ans, et pour célébrer cet anniversaire, une nouvelle version de Fly.Simvol a été mise en ligne.
Parmi les nouveautés, on peut citer un nouveau moteur de recherche, une nouvelle page d'accueil, un compteur de téléchargements pour les futures créations et un site qui devient 100% conformes aux recommandations HTML 4.01 du W3C...
Et comme vous pouvez le voir, les News de Fly.Simvol ont aussi un nouveau design.

March 1st 2000 - March 3rd 2007: Fly.Simvol is 7 years old, and to celebrate this anniversary, a new version of Fly.Simvol was put online.
Among the new things, we can quote a new search engine, a new welcome page, a downloads counter for the future creations and a site which is entirely in accordance with the HTML 4.01 recommendations of the W3C...
And as you can see, the Fly.Simvol News have also a new design.
You can read the list of the other new things and give your feelings about the new design on the forum.

Soirée vol réseau - Network Flight Day

Aujourd'hui, une nouveauté importante instaurée par Gilles sur le forum de Fly.Simvol, il s'agit d'une soirée "Vol Réseau" tous les jeudis soirs de 21 H à 22 H 30.
La première soirée "Vol réseau" débutera ce soir.
Chaque jeudi, des thèmes différents seront choisis.
Pour avoir des détails et des explications sur le vol réseau, je vous conseille de lire les 2 postes suivants, ici et là.

Pour commencer, j'aimerais vous souhaiter au nom de l'équipe de Fly.Simvol une bonne et heureuse année 2007.
On démarre 2007 sur les chapeaux de roue avec une nouvelle scène 2D sur Fly.Simvol, Chambéry, ainsi qu'une mise à jour de la carte des globes Tiles.
Et sur le forum, un poste sur l'annonce de la sortie de la scène de Chambéry ainsi que les voeux des Fly!eurs.
